'Featured Guest' is where I interview artists, musicians, and cool people I have known or somehow crossed paths with over the years. Today we talked to the great Al “Yeti Bones” from the group Gypsy Chief Goliath. Al is well known in the music scenes in Canada and the USA and a guy I’m proud to call a friend. Everybody that knows Al has a lot of respect for him. He’s a highly regarded man in underground rock. Last year Al asked me to sing on a song called “Heavy is the Name of My Soul” on his solo recording entitled “Audiobiography”. It was really great and I was honored to be asked and collaborate with him on such a great song. I caught up with Al and we talked about his history, music and a little about his love for MMA, UFC, Boxing and other subjects. - G

'Featured Guest' is where I interview artists, musicians, and all kinds of people I have crossed paths with over the years. Today I spoke with singer Shawn Brown. Shawn Anthony Brown is the vocalist for Madison WI based group 7 Seasons Deep. He is an old friend of mine and joined us today to talk about his new band, his studies in martial arts, singing in the group Last Crack and offer some words on life. - G

'Featured Guest' is where I interview artists, musicians, and all kinds of people I have crossed paths with over the years. Today our guests are Tom Cohen, martial arts instructor, acupuncturist and more joined by friend and student Mike Kelleher. I had received an acupuncture treatment from Tom at Insight Wellness earlier last year and also visited his class as a guest at Mint Hill Kung Fu dojo. I found Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu to be a fascinating japanese art. Thank you for the information and your insights to the style. - G
